With the touch-and-go weather of unusual strife and change one will never know if the olives will be fruitful. And in fact until you crush and squeeze and then mix, the final result is a real mystery. Sometimes, as a farmer, you feel as if you have been thrown into the Pit of Despair!

Not this year! The oil is radiant, sophisticated, the hard edges are pinpoints with delightful tones, the softness of the olive flavor revolves around inside your mouth like a wonderful teenage kiss. There are no regrets within the completeness of this organic, extra virgin olive oil.

When we first tasted it this year, we knew it was a phenom of an oil. And while we think all the oils this year are giving their best showing, Albert and Kim’s oil really is the Best of Show!
