Makes Life Better!
Like a delicious treat to sip and savor, this pressed together lemon olive oil is special!
What makes this so great, of course, are the careful choices that
Albert and his team make in choosing and blending his olives together (when to pick, press, the mix/percentages etc.) to make the baseline of this oil. It is also the topping on the cake, so to speak, of the crushing of the sweet, tart, lemony,
Meyer Lemon addition (and together) that makes this one of the most anticipated oils (of all oils) of the year.
This oil has this amazing, hard to describe
Meyer Lemon sweetness “on top” making it one of the lightest, brightest oils of the year and with a peppery finish at the end.
How could you go wrong with an oil with so much fun and happiness all bottled up waiting to explode across your palate?
If you have been waiting to top your favorite dish with a citrusy brightness that cures all ailments, then you have found the oil to change your demeanor today!
Even to the tongue the lemon just comes out and sings this wonderful “sighing” song of satisfaction!
Taste this oil and you will explore an unbelievable feeling of fresh oil across the tongue whilst floating above is the effervescent lemony snippets of peel and oil! It’s like a two part harmony!
A very small yield of olives means an extremely limited supply of oil this year.
Only one bottle per customer.

Bees in paradise
Soak up the sun and live where it’s fun.
Where the warm waters fill the space with moist tranquil air and where the air moves across the breathtaking natural beauty filling it up with fresh, floral energy. This energy smells full of pollen and sweetness. And the sweetness is abuzz, with, well, buzzing.
The
Big Island of Hawaii is still literally growing as the volcano continues to send lava to the sea. And this is the home to some of the world’s most active beehives. Where the bees live year round on honey of their own creation, as they move from one floral crop to the next.
These are also some of the nicest bees anywhere in the world. And I mean nice. Garnett, the beekeeper, describes his bees as, "patient and nice bees". How does this happen? He picks the queens that run the hives by choosing the ones who aren’t ornery. When the leader is nice others follow and thus the hive bees are nice too.
And for sure the environment makes both the honey and the bees nice. Really Healthy! I can tell you that the honey is some of the finest we have ever had. Each variety from
Big Island Bees has its own distinct flavor, yet what they share in common is a peaceful feeling of sweet tranquility.
The
47 ounce Big Island Bees’ Ohi’a Lehua Blossom Honey is here. We love this honey (it is mine and Peter's personal favorite) and the big jar is not only (per ounce) just 2/3rd’s of the cost of the small jar, it takes it from a jar of treasure to a jar of pleasure. Eat liberally and enjoy!
